My husband and I buy flowers from here every other week or so, more for special occasions and gifts. The people who own and work here couldn't be any nicer. The flowers are always beautiful and perfect and we would, and do, recommend them to anyone. I feel blessed to have them as our florists!
I live in Delaware and didn't find out till the last minute I needed flowers for a viewing in Hanover so at 4:30 started googeling and everybody was closed at 4:00 pm but Shearer's Florist & Gifts was open till 5. At 4:45 i called and they were polite and knew what i needed and fast !!! They really did a great job !!! I was pleased !! Everybody loved the flower arrangement it was huge !!! Thank you Shearer's!!!
No customer service at all!!! Definitely would NOT recommend this place from a brides perspective... no idea on their florist side of the store - but from I experienced just now, would NOT waste my time trying to find out
