As a horticulturist, when I send flowers I am very particular. I am always queasy when ordering from an out of town and unknown florist. I called Pressell's to order flowers for a memorial service. The woman I spoke with immediately knew which memorial I was speaking of and let me know that what I was ordering was going to be a duplicate of another arrangement that had been requested. She worked with me to change the arrangement slightly and the resulting flowers were BEAUTIFUL. They far exceeded my expectations.
