This store was fantastic! My fiancé and I first went to rent-a-center and it was terrible. We then came to AARONS, where we were greeted by Michelle. She was AWESOME, from the get-go. She made us feel so welcome there and honestly felt like we gained a friend through the experience!! She helped us find the perfect bed, and now is searching for our new couch thru Aaron's because it was such a great experience. I will definitely be going back to the Aaron's in Hanover for all my furniture/appliances when needed!!! I 100% recommend the Aaron's in Hanover. Just ask for Michelle when you go in, she will hook you up!!!
Stopped in to Aaron's while shopping around town for some furniture. After looking for an affordable living room set and not finding what we wanted or could afford ,we walked into the store and immediately saw multiple pieces we liked. I tried a few couches and chairs and asked about prices and we actually found a lightly used set at an unbelievable price. We were able to get the set and also a matching coffee table and end stand set. A big Thank You to all the Hanover staff that helped and to Chuck also. I will look to this store first for all my furniture and appliance needs.
went looking for a mattress came out with bed frame and dresser. people are nice and friendly but when it comes to delivering they suck. they told us they would be at our place by a certain time but they were 2 hours late and they even had the nerve to call and not even want to deliver our bed. But they came anyways (the guy who called said to me well i guess im work late tonight)they came and set everything up but couple days later boyfriend goes to bed and bed collapses!!! so I called them in the morning to tell them to come fix it. the lady on the phone told me "i dont know if we can make it out today" well you better cause we dont have anything else to sleep on. i called back and told the another lady that my boyfriend looked at why it collapsed here they DID NOT SCREW THE PARTS TOGETHER!!!! they just THROUGH IT TOGETHER!! she told me they will be out to our place by 5pm !! what can i say right now here it is 615pm!!! AN HOUR LATE!! this is really unsatisfying!! very pissed right now...I could have done something with my day instead i had to WAIT FOR THEM TO COME THATS EVEN IF THEY DO!! i think i might give them 2 starts 2 points for being nice people!
FYI UPDATE: IT IS NOW THE NEXT DAY NO ONE SHOWED UP TO FIX OUR BED. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK EITHER TO TELL US THEY WERENT COMING!! WE SLEPT ON THE FLOOR!! VERY PISSED!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Clean, Friendly and cheapest Prices I have seen. So much better than those other places. Great experience.
The company has no professional team leaders. I had over 5 account with them and had to return them and they kept slow playing me . I believe this is real bull. If I was a manger and had a customer that needed to return his stuff . I would go above and beyond to help not make the customer life harder . Asst manger and manger should be fired . A good company Has to have great leaders . I wish I could give no stars .
