I am extremely disappointed in their billing department. I mailed my payment in and they cashed the check. Five days later I get a call saying they haven’t received my payment. So stupid me paid over the phone, not to get any bad credit. They got the payment over the phone. I check with my bank and get a copy of the transaction and mail it to them per their request. I wait 2 1/2 weeks, and call back. They didn’t receive the copy, nice. So I fax them the paperwork, just to find out I have to wait 48 hours to find out if they received the fax. I’m pissed now. My check was cashed on the 14 th of November, and it is now December 26 and it still hasn’t been resolved. It makes you wonder if this will happen again. We have the most generous, helpful folks at our Hanover store!!! They try their best to keep it neat!! Thank you and Merry Christmas to our favorite store!!!
4 stars only because the bathrooms were nasty, but it was two days after Christmas and the place was packed. Staff was incredibly helpful and the store was well organized even amidst the chaos. As always, we made it out of there only paying about 50% of what everything was worth.
Visited 3 times today. Everyone was smiling, helpful & pleasant. Great sales on jewelry, clothes & pajamas brought me into store. Wonderful experience!
